I hadn't hunted with a bow or shot a bow in over 6 years, but wanted to pick up the sport again. I called Hunter's Friend on a Tuesday, and spoke with George. He spoke with me like I was the only customer he had that day. He took the time to explain details and answer every question that arose. I took the necessary measurements and within a few minutes, George had my bow customized in every detail to my exact specifications. I just wanted to say, I appreciate the way they run their business and felt like I was doing business with a company that took pride in treatment of their customers. So thank you George for the help and the support. And by the way, my customized bow arrived on Friday. Just three days after the order.
